The Brief

Our client was a local, time poor doctor seeking a high quality inner city home that could offer both scale and long term flexibility.

The preference was for a wider terrace with strong architectural presence, multiple living zones, and the ability to accommodate a growing lifestyle over time, whether for family use, guests, or work from home integration.

Paddington, Surry Hills and Redfern were the primary focus, with an emphasis on tightly held streets and properties with long term upside.
